TRADER APPLICATIONS

for EXILE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2025

Thank you for your interest in applying to trade at Exile Music Festival 2025. Before you get in touch, there are a few things that you should bear in mind:

• We DO NOT REQUIRE Caterers or Drinks vendors.

• We have very limited space for traders due to our location.

• Our capacity is 499 total attendees.

• We encourage small, local traders with unique crafts or products.​

• You must have current Public Liability Insurance and bring proof of it with you.

• You should treat this as a fun weekend away rather than part of your yearly business plan.

The cost of a small (3m x 3m) stall is just the price of a weekend ticket per person attending to be bought in advance.

For larger footprint stalls, extra fees will be required.
